Welcome to the Lake County Clerk of Court’s online Jury Summons Portal. This portal is used to update your name or address in our records, and to request an excusal or postponement from jury service up to four (4) days prior to your summons date.

If you are requesting excusal or postponement less than four (4) days prior to your summons date, you must call (352) 742-4160 or email [email protected] with your request.

LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS:

    Enter your "Badge Number" located below the bar code on your summons form.
    Enter your date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY).
   
    Click SIGN IN button one time only.

If you are unable to fill out the Juror Excusal Form online, please complete and submit the Juror Excusal Form located at the bottom of your summons, following the instructions for returning the printed Juror Excusal form.
